Problem Description :
YouTube videos can play in slow motion in Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. In our case this mostly occured after moving the videos too much forward and backward.
Cause :
We couldn’t find any errors or warnings inside the event logs which indicates a problem. The problem seems to be caused by the Network Adapters cache. Further investigation is required.
Solution :
In our tests restarting the browser alone did not help. Restarting the browser plus disabling and enabling the active Network Adapter resolved the problem. This solution is for whom, who doesn’t want to restart his pc to fix the problem. As soon as we find additional hints we will update this article. Please check later for updates.
